• All tours are subject to availability and weather conditions
• Confirmation is required before any tour begins

Pricing and Payment

• Prices listed are in USD and subject to change
• Payment processing is handled through TripAdvisor for most bookings
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted
• Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time (Japan Standard Time)
• This experience requires good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund

5. Tour Participant Responsibilities

Health and Fitness

• Participants must be in adequate health for chosen tour activities
• Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed
• Participants tour at their own risk

Behavior and Safety

• Follow all guide instructions and safety guidelines
• Respect local customs, environment, and other participants
• We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund

6. Liability and Insurance

Participants engage in tour activities at their own risk. While we maintain appropriate insurance and safety measures, we recommend participants have their own travel insurance.

Fuji Views Private Tours' liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Participants may take photos during tours for personal use
